​This platform will allow you to order your exhibition package, and/or satellite symposium, and/or pre-conference for IAS 2025, the 13th IAS Conference on HIV Science, to be held in Kigali, Rwanda, from 13 to 17 July 2025, with pre-conferences on 13 July.

*To secure the early fee for satellites and exhibition, full payment or proof of payment (transfer slip) is required by 12 February. Otherwise, the standard fee will apply.
*Change of fee does not apply to pre-conferences packages.
